Time to add some colour to your metal clay jewellery designs? Then this is the class for you.
Throughout the day you will learn three different techniques for setting stones and glass into your metal clay jewellery.
Techniques covered in this class include:
- Bezel setting a cabochon stone
- Creating a dichroic glass set pendant
- Dry setting Cubic Zirconia/fireable stones
(note: this is a different technique than the one taught in our beginners course)
Stones are a great way of adding value and colour to your pieces and they look fantastic too! In this intensive one day class, you will learn how to dry set fireable stones, how to bezel set a stone that cannot be fired and how to set glass.
This is a class not to be missed and will move your metal clay creations on in leaps and bounds. Book early to avoid disappointment!
What you need to bring to this class:
For this class you don't need to bring anything but yourself, as the silver clay, stones and glass are included in the price.
This is an intermediate-level metal clay class designed to build on the skills learnt in our Beginners Metal Clay class or those that have previous experience of working with metal clay.
